Instructor Trainer Training Course (2 days)
Aim of Programme*
To train people meeting the person specification for an instructor trainer to effectively deliver the National Standard Instructor Training course and assess new instructors in a Post Course Assessment (PCA)
*This course is the first stage of a 2-stage programme aiming to integrate an experienced NS cycling instructor to an ITP's instructor training programme. The second stage will involve integration to an ITP's specific course with observations and mentored teaching. The new Instructor Trainer has a year to complete this programme.
