Course Description:
6-hour Emergency First Aid at Work course
- Aims and principles of first aid
- Incident management/emergency planning
- Treatment of unconsciousness
- Air way and Resuscitation
- Heart attacks, Stroke, Diabetes, Epilepsy
- Wounds and bleeding
- Burns and Electrocution
- Broken bones
- Cycle related injuries
- Legal requirements
- Record-keeping
Course runs between 9.30am - 4.30pm or over two evenings 6pm - 9pm.
Each delegate receives a branded first aid manual and an AoFA approved training certificate, valid for 3 years.
Association of First Aiders member number is DID 9088CID1351.
Cost
£40 + VAT per delegate for one day course to include certification and refreshments.
